  • Certificate or above in engineering field
  • 4 years or above experience in maintenance of building services
  • Knowledge in mechanical and electrical is preferred
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A0 or above
  • Holder of Safety Card and the Registration of Construction Worker
  • Self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently and work under pressure
