The works include the following types of services to HKJC premises as instructed:

– Planned Maintenance services;

– Emergency Repair Call-out Services;

– Annual inspection and certification of ventilation system; and

– Alteration, addition and improvement (AA&I) works.

Scope of works

Maintenance, corrective maintenance, AA&I works, emergency / fault call out services:

(a) Air Handling Unit (including PAU, AHU);

(b) Fan Coil Unit;

(c) Variable Air Volume Terminal;

(d) Unitary Air Conditioning Unit (including VRV, Packaged Air Conditioning Unit, Split Type Air Conditioning Unit);

(e) Ventilation Fan;

(f) Staircase Pressurization System;

(g) Chillers, pumps, cooling towers, make up tank;

(h) Interface with Other Services;

(i) Fire and Smoke Damper with statutory certificate submission; and

(j) Ventilation and Air Conditioning Control System with statutory certificate submission.
