This is challenging project as including 2 nos. Grandstands and stables at Shatin racecourse, 4 nos. stands (Member stand 1 to 3 and PVS stand) at Happy Valley racecourse. In respect to work inside stable area there is special working condition such as noise control, limit working duration and nearby horse. Furthermore, there is 4000 sets fan coil unit & 20 sets PAU unit at Shatin racecourse and 200 sets fan coil unit at Happy Valley

- Regular inspection, testing, maintenance and repair services for all MVAC systems and equipment
- Checking, testing, repair, adjustment and calibration of the interfacing system of Chiller to BMS system
- Breakdown emergency repair, inspection, and testing services for all MVAC
- Fire dampers checking, inspection and certification
