Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) are our commitments to our clients and relevant interested parties, and are key aspects of our business strategy. QSE commitments are integrated into every aspect of our management style, design and engineering techniques and works on sites.
Through knowledge sharing workshops and incentive schemes, we ensure that continual improvement is promoted at all levels to keep our site environment safe and healthy.
To maintain the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of our QSE system, we strive to improve both our internal staff and external provider’s competency. Subcontractor and supplier partnering workshops and visits are conducted annually to understand the needs and expectations amongst relevant interested parties.
Respect for the people and the environment are embedded in our corporate values. We take our responsibility to the local communities and our natural environment very seriously – and QSE-focused innovations are integrated into every stage of design and construction, ensuring our projects leave the minimum impact on the environment and local neighbourhoods.
