• This maintenance contract is to maintain the central ice thermal plant which provides air-conditioning for more than 100,000 sq. feet venue for all seasons.
• This is a three year maintenance contract

Scope of works

Maintenance service for the following building services: 

1. Daily operation services for Ice Thermal Storage System 
2. Emergency Call Services
3. Routine maintenance of weekly, monthly and annual as below equipment:
4. Ice thermal tank
5. Chilled water pump
6. BMS system
7. Glycol make up system
8. Glycol and water level checking
