In succession to completion of Phase 2, this project is the Phase 3 of the HKG10 datacenter of Digital Realty (DLR) 

The project consists of the construction of two datahall suites (5.2MW total IT load). 

BYME was awarded the role of Main Contractor again for management services, coordination services, installation and T&C services of the M&E equipment, structural modification services, and builder’s works services.

The key challenge of this project is the management of the various long-lead equipment procured directly by the client, namely: water-cooled chillers, packaged generator sets, packaged pump rooms, uninterruptible power supply units, HV/LV transformers, HV switchgears, LV switchboards, and computer room air handlers.
