Continue of the yearly improvements to The Hong Kong Jockey Club’s properties, the renovation works at Happy Valley Racecourse were executed prior to the off-season period of 2019. Working Area for this year is Member Stand III 1/F & 5/F, Happy Valley Racecourse.

Scope of works

Dismantle, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, of the following building services:

• Mechanical Ventilation & Air-Conditioning Systems (MVAC)
• Fire Services Systems (FS)
• Electrical Service
• Plumbing & Drainage Systems (P&D)
