The Racing Club is currently operating at maximum capacity and the demand for the diversified catering style has increased in recent years and is forecasted to continue to grow.

To serve the new expansion and change of catering style of The Racing Club. We have been awarded for this contract to increase the capacity of venue ventilation so as the building services provision.

Another objective of this project is to overhaul or replace existing MEP services since majority of them serving The Racing Club and surrounding areas are reaching the end of their operational life.

Scope of works

Dismantle, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, of the following building services: 

• Mechanical Ventilation & Air-Conditioning Systems (MVAC)
• Electrical Service
• Fire Services Systems (FS)
• Plumbing & Drainage Systems (P&D)
