Design, supply, installation of all E&M services:

• Supply and install new FCUs and VAV boxes in areas on 59/F and 68/F.
• Modification and relocation of the existing VAV boxes 
• Modification and coordination with landlord to modify the landlord BMS and AHU control.
• of Building Management System (BMS) 
• Supply and install all chilled water and condensate drain pipe insulation to replace the existing on 62/F, 65/F and 68/F.
• Supply and install dimming lighting control system with interface with AV systems and motorized blind controller for VC rooms and / or front of houseareas
• Construction, testing, and system changeover from the existing UPS system to the newly built UPS system
