This project covers E&M package for three residential towers which were built to accommodate the junior Hong Kong Police Force staffs.
Covering a GFA of 76,900 m2 and a height of 153 m, the 38-storey residential towers are homes to 610 nos. of residential units sharing 2-storey of common podium at their low level.
Scope of works
Design, supply, installation and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) of all Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) services:
Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV)
- Window-type air conditioner
- Split-type air conditioner
- Variable refrigerant volume system
Electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system
- HV/LV Transformer: 4 x 1,500 kVA
- LV generator set: 3 sets
- Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) System, Independent broadcast reception system, Burglar alarm & security system, Drop arm barrier system, and others.
