This project covers E&M package for two residential towers which were built to accommodate the junior Hong Kong Police Force staffs.
Covering a GFA of 38,500 m2 and a height of 125 m,
the 37-storey residential towers are homes to 540 nos. of residential units sharing a common podium at their base.

- Split-type Air Conditioner
- Variable Refrigerant Volume System
Electrical System
- HV/LV Transformers: 4 x 1500kVA
- LV Switchboard: 2 sets
- LV Generator Set: 2 nos.
Fire Services (FS)
Plumbing & Drainage (P&D)
- Gas Supply System
