In a bid to attract more visitors and gamers, The Hong Kong Jockey Club decided to revitalize the racecourse property in Happy Valley. This opportunity was also used to construct a new headquarter building in the vicinity of the racecourse.

1st job, BYME managed to secure the contract to deliver the full E&M package for this facility. The scope of this monumental project includes the full renovation of the existing Happy Valley Racecourse, a brand new headquarter building for The Hong Kong Jockey Club, the Hong Kong Football Club Building, the Stables (Museum) Building, and renovation works at the operation building and track side facilities.




Scope of works

Design, supply, installation and Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of all Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) services for New Headquarters Building, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Archive and Museum and The Hong Kong Football Club Building.
