This project is to upgrade the existing drainage system for whole building (i.e. Tower 1, 2, 3 & Podium)

A. Office Towers
Replacing ageing soil and waste drainage pipes

B. Podium Floor
Replacing ageing soil and waste drainage pipes and submersible pumps inside the sump pits.

Scope of works

The works include the dismantle, replacement, supply and installation, testing and commissioning (T&C), and with the following scopes:

• Replacement of all aboveground soil & waste, vent pipes of the drainage system 
• Replacement of all pumped pipe, valves and fittings from the existing sump pumps
• Builder’s work
