Apart from the scope of addition and replacement work of exterior lighting, Prime Cost Sum of nominated specialist subcontractor (PA and Audio System, Special Lighting & Projection Based Effects, Lagoon Show Control System and System Integration) are allowed in the Contract.

Scope of works

This is an exterior lighting improvement project for new set of ambient lighting to the existing Waterfront area at the Ocean Park, including addition new exterior lighting and demolition of existing lighting in this area.

The scope is also included the associated builder’s work, such as hoarding, underground duct, slab / wall opening, chasing work and backfilling.
