Driven by the success of the previous development phases, Hong Kong Resort Co. Ltd. initiated the construction of Discovery Bay Phase 16, appointing Hsin Chong Construction Group Ltd. as the main contractor to manage the delivery of this pivotal residential project.
BYME managed to secure a portion of the works of this project which encapsulate Electrical and Extra Low Voltage services for 3 numbers of 16-storey residential buildings consisting of 196 flat units with basement plant rooms.
This project is currently ongoing and scheduled to finish in Q1 2018.
