The refurbishment works including TWO Guest rooms and corridor, all existing E&M Installations to be removed by New and intelligent Design Concepts. Room Control Units is employed for automatically controls of the E&M services. RCU also connected to hotel guest system to provide instant hotel services to the guest to achieve luxury hotel guest room requirement.

Each guest room installed with extendable of 8-channels high power dimmer that’s form part of Room Control Unit, with different scenes setting and high-quality LED light fixtures, DCU provides numbers of mode for easier selected by guest.

IT/AV system, including Vingcard Door lock system, Higher security level WIFI Access Point, Invisible Speaker, Sound Bar and 65” 4K QLED TV, Bluetooth receiver for playing music though wireless connection with guest’s handheld or smartphone, and multiple network gateway switch connecting to hotel guest management system.

Scope of works

This Contract includes for the supply, installation, setting to work and commissioning of the MEP systems for Room 420 & Room 422.
