Electrical and Mechanical Services Department has planned to renovate its Central Library at headquarters into a Learning Resources Centre.

Occupying an area of 167m², the centre comprises a small theatre, a seating zone, an IT zone, etc. BYME has been commissioned to provide building services for the project.
