This project including 2 nos. Grandstands and stables at Shatin racecourse, 4 nos. stands (Member stand 1 to 3 and PVS stand) at Happy Valley racecourse.
Scope of works
Maintenance Services for MVAC Systems and Equipment
- Regular inspection, testing, maintenance and repair services for all MVAC systems and equipment;
- Checking, testing, repair, adjustment and calibration of the interfacing system of Chiller to BMS system;
- Breakdown emergency repair, inspection, and testing services for all MVAC; and
- Fire dampers checking, inspection and certification.
