Hong Kong Adventist Hospital is located at Tsuen and it is 2-year term contracts for the maintenance works and repair work for Chiller plant and Mechanical Ventilation Air-conditioning Systems stem at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Tsuen Wan.

Scope of works

Maintenance service for the following building services: 

• Daily operation services for MVAC system 
• Emergency Call Services
• Routine maintenance of weekly, monthly and annual as below equipment::

1. Air cooled chiller
2. Chilled water pump
3. Heat water pump
4. Ventilation system
5. BMS control system
6. Gas boiler system
7. VAC system

• Equipment list

1. Air-cooled screw chiller         ~ 9 sets Total 10547 kW
2. Chilled water pump                ~ “9 sets
3. Heat water pump                         ~ 3 sets 
4. Chilled water pump (Heat pump) ~ 4 nos.
5. Heat water pump                          ~ 4 nos.
6. Ventilation fan                              ~Over 20 nos.
