Sustainable development is an integral part of our company’s development strategy to respond to the Hong Kong Government’s promotion of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation plan, the global trend and our parent company Bouygues Construction’s Sustainability Policy, known as ACTITUDES which covers these 4 areas:
BYME is a Qualified Service Provider (QSP) for Energy-cum-carbon Audit Projects and also a member of the Hong Kong Building Energy Assessment Method (HK BEAM) Society. We have been using the BEAM Plus, and other international assessment methods and environmental design e.g. Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark in Singapore, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) in the United States to help our clients to benchmark their premises.

BYME along with the help of our in-house BEAM Professionals and Registered Energy Assessors are making every endeavour to promote sustainability through innovative ideas including the introduction of new renewable energy and the latest technology that benefit the people, the society and the environment.
We are one of the key players in energy audit which covers
- a wide range of government buildings being operated under Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD),
- China Light and Power’s gateway installation for Automatic Demand Response (ADR) after the facilities audit for over 100 commercial and residential buildings in private sector,
- other facilities like Hotel and Exhibition Centre e.g. Sky Marriott Hotel and AsiaWorld Expo and other developers.
We aim to provide effective tailor-made solutions to our client after investigating the shortfalls thus reducing energy use and achieving energy savings.
